Welcome to my blog site! After reading so many other sites, I am finally starting my own. This is a journal of J. and my journey to getting pregnant. We started the process a few months ago. Actually, it was June 2007. It has been a tough 6 months of iui’s for us. Any day now (literally) we will be going to our RE for our 6th iui. This is our 3rd round on Clomid. My RE has found ‘nothing’ wrong with me and we are struggling to get pregnant. After this round, we dont know what we will do. I have my fingers crossed and hope that the stress of the holiday wont interfere with this insemination.
We chose a anonymous donor and this was a choice J. and I fully agree on. It was a choice we dicussed right in the beginning of our relationship. But we may change donor’s if this 6th try is not the ‘one.’
Speaking of stress, thursday is Thanksgiving and J.’s mom and two brothers are coming to our house for dinner. I am nervous but the insemination is the only thought in my head now. TTW kills me every time and I don’t look forward to it again. At least I wont think about ttw while J.’s mom is here….
